Members can take full advantage of our On-Demand Reformer Pilates, offering the flexibility to book one of our 11 reformer beds every 10 minutes, whenever it fits your schedule. With over 300 self-guided classes available, you’ll find sessions tailored to every level, from beginner to advanced.
Classes range from 15 to 50 minutes, and with new classes added every month, there’s always something new to try.
Reformer Pilates provides a low-impact workout experience. Simply select your class, connect your Bluetooth headphones, and follow along with the instructor on the screen, at your own pace.
